2.3. JustAVIS: Automated Shipment Notification

JustAVIS is a web-based platform for the complete digitalisation of the shipment notification process

in transport logistics. It connects planners, sites and recipients in a unified, automated workflow and

replaces manual email communication and telephone coordination with a fully transparent process.

Functional and service description

Shipment notification management: Central recording and automatic site assignment with com-

plete status documentation. Automatic deadline logic and email notifications keep all parties in-

formed.
▪ Track and trace: real-time overview of all shipments with powerful filtering and search functions,

status paths, shipment details and CSV export.

▪ Recipient portal: token-based self-service portal without a login requirement, enabling

independent time-slot booking, calendar entries and multilingual communication
(DE/EN/NL/PL/FR), with configurable corporate design.

▪ EDI import and API: import via BORD/STAT 512 and EDIFACT, together with a fully documented

REST API (OpenAPI/Swagger) for time slots and shipment details.

▪ Multilingual capability and multi-tenancy: role model with tenant separation, audit log and
configurable permissions. Deployment is possible as a cloud or self-hosted solution.

Supporting technologies
▪ Self-service recipient portal: token-based, multilingual (DE/EN/NL/PL/FR), independent time-

slot booking and configurable corporate design.

▪ EDI/REST API integration: BORD/STAT 512, EDIFACT and a fully documented REST API (Open-
