2. Software solutions: The “Just” product line

Our “Just” product line comprises customised tools specifically developed to automate and secure

the key, often time-consuming processes in logistics and freight forwarding.

2.1. JustCLEAR: Digital freight cost clearing & invoice auditing

JustCLEAR is a web-based clearing platform that digitalises and automates the entire process of

freight cost auditing and settlement between freight forwarders and their partners. As a neutral ser-
vice provider, abacab provides the clearing expertise and process service – from shipment verification

before invoicing through to transparent financial settlement.

Functional and service description

▪ Pre-invoice auditing: Shipment data is checked and reconciled in the web system immediately

after dispatch – before invoicing. Discrepancies become visible at once, and corrections can be

made without laborious invoice corrections.

▪ Cash Flow Management: Payment terms can be customized on a case-by-case basis. Billing pe-
riods can be freely defined based on the shipment date, delivery date, or shipment status—en-

suring predictable and manageable cash flow for both parties.

▪ Data protection & security: Each partner relationship receives its own isolated database. Sender

and recipient names can be anonymised. Data is exchanged securely via flat files or API; European-
standard cyber security is provided by EIKONA.
