1. Introduction

1.1. About abacab cloud solutions

We are your strategic partner for digital transformation, software solutions, and consulting,

specialising in the requirements of a wide range of industries and key focus areas. Our company was

founded on deep expertise in logistics and freight forwarding industry. Over the years, we have built

up industry-specific expertise and developed solutions that have proven themselves in
practice.

In addition, we also provide support in particular to companies and organisations in other industries

where our employees bring many years of experience in digital transformation, including in the areas

of document management systems (DMS), electronic records (e-records), change
management, the cloud, and infrastructure. abacab provides support specifically on these topics re-

garding the use of artificial intelligence, which is playing an increasingly important role in various

ecosystems.

Our overarching goal is to position your company, government agency, college, or university to be

digital, secure, and future-ready. In doing so, we see ourselves not merely as a software provider, but

as a holistic solutions provider that harmonises technology, processes, and people.

1.2. One single trusted digital partner

Many companies advance their digitalisation without a consistent roadmap. The result is often a
fragmented IT landscape: valuable time and considerable financial resources are lost between soft-

ware selection, compliance with data protection policies.

abacab cloud solutions addresses these challenges through a comprehensive, integrated eco-

system and supports with the adoption of artificial intelligence and system integrations. We offer
you everything from a single source: from industry-specific software and secure cloud infrastructure

to personalised, strategic consulting.
