JustAVIS is a web-based platform for fully digitalising the notification process in transport logistics.

It connects planners, sites and recipients in a unified, automated workflow, replacing manual email

communication and telephone coordination with a transparent end-to-end process.

Functional and service description

Notification management: central capture and automatic site allocation with complete status doc-

umentation. Automatic deadline logic and email notifications keep everyone informed.

▪ Track & trace: Real-time overview of all shipments with powerful filtering and search functions,
status paths, shipment details and CSV export.

▪ Recipient portal: Token-based self-service portal without login – independent time-slot booking,

calendar entry, multilingual communication (DE/EN/NL/PL/FR), adaptable to your corporate iden-

tity.
▪ EDI import & API: Import via BORD/STAT 512 and EDIFACT, plus a fully documented REST API

(OpenAPI/Swagger) for time slots and shipment details.

▪ Multilingual and multi-tenant: Role model with tenant separation, audit log and configurable

permissions. Deployment as a cloud or self-hosted solution.
