2. Software Solutions: the “Just” Product Line

Our “Just” product line comprises customised tools specifically developed to automate and secure

the key, often time-consuming processes in logistics and freight forwarding.

2.1. JustCLEAR: Digital Freight Cost Clearing & Invoice Verifi-

cation

JustCLEAR is a web-based clearing platform that digitises and automates the entire process of freight
cost checking and settlement between freight forwarders and their partners. As a neutral service

provider, abacab provides clearing expertise and process services, from checking shipments before

invoicing to transparent financial settlement.

Functional and service description

▪ Pre-invoice checking: shipment data is checked and reconciled in the web system immediately

after dispatch, before invoicing. Deviations become visible at once, allowing corrections without

laborious invoice adjustments.
▪ Cash flow management: payment terms can be coordinated individually. Billing periods can be

defined freely by shipment date, delivery date or shipment status, providing predictable and

manageable liquidity for both parties.
▪ Data protection and security: each partner relationship receives its own isolated database.

Sender and recipient names can be anonymised. Data is exchanged securely via flat files or API;

cyber security in line with European standards is provided by EIKONA.
