The abacab Campus is a digital learning platform for practical training in data protection, IT

operations, digitalisation and artificial intelligence (AI). The courses provide accessible foundational

knowledge and show how digital tools, processes and requirements can be used safely and efficiently
in day-to-day work.

▪ Data Protection Management System: foundations, task management, evidence

documentation and structured maintenance of data protection processes within the company.

▪ Atera MSP Console: introduction to device management, monitoring, support tickets and
maintenance tasks within the Atera MSP Console.

▪ CDO as a Service: developing digital strategies, prioritising measures and managing

transformation projects with internal and external stakeholders.

▪ Data Protection Training: protecting personal data, recognising data protection risks and
responding correctly and transparently to incidents.

▪ AI Awareness under the EU AI Act: foundations of responsible AI use, risk assessment,

transparency and human oversight under the EU AI Act.

▪ Nextcloud Tutorial: structuring files, managing sharing permissions and securely collaborating
on and versioning documents.

▪ OpenProject How-to: planning projects, coordinating work packages, assigning responsibilities

and documenting progress transparently.
▪ Prompt Manager: creating, categorising and reusing prompts and optimising them for reliable

results with AI tools.
